The Richmond and Canadice brush pits will have staff on hand to help people off load their yard waste.
The Richmond brush pit is open all days, but on the designated yard waste days, staff will be on hand to help offload the waste.
The Canadice brush pit is only open on the specified yard waste days.

Yard waste must be removed from bags at the pits. Bags must be taken away.
Items that cannot be accepted:
- large logs or trees or stumps requiring a chain saw to chop up
- Bags: paper or plastic
- Food products and waste. raw vegetables are acceptable
- Construction debris including boards and wood scraps. Nothing with nails
- Ashes or rocks
